Application Guidelines (Hung Hom Campus)

We welcome your application to ST. CATHERINE’S INTERNATIONAL NURSERY (HARBOUR PLACE). Each applicant should submit one application form only.

 

Age Requirement

Only children whose birthdays fall between 1st October, 2020 and 31st August, 2021. (inclusive) are eligible to apply for Per-Nursery (PN) admissions for August 2023 entry.

 

Application Period

From 10:00 am on 6th October, 2022 to 5:00 pm on 14th October, 2022 (Please allow 45 minutes to complete your application).

 

Application Fee

A non-refundable and non-transferable application fee of HK $40 to be paid online via PayPal.

 

Application Procedure

Only applications submitted on our online platform will be accepted. Prior to starting the online application process, please have the following items ready to upload.

 

  1. Student Photo : Format: gif,jpg,png. Maximum file size: 5MB. Photo size: 35mm(W)x45mm(H)
  2. Birth Certificate : Format: gif,jpg,png. Maximum file size:5MB
  3. If your child was not born in Hong Kong, please also submit a soft copy of the permission granted by the Hong Kong Immigration Department for your child to reside and study in Hong Kong(Format: jpg, jpeg, png. Maximum file size: 5MB).
  4. After completing the application procedure, parents will receive an Application Acknowledgment email within 24 hours. Please check your email inbox and junk mailbox periodically. Please call the school if you have not received the Application Acknowledgment email by 15th October, 2022.
  5. Parents can use the applicant’s date of birth, birth certificate number and the registered email address to amend the application form before the application deadline. Please print or save the application form.

 

Note

  • When applying, it is preferable that a desktop computer is used.
  • An email address is required for your application. (Please do not use a company email address or me.com or qq.com, as when the school sends emails to these accounts, they are typically sent to your junk box, and our school may not be able to open or reply to your email)
  • The field marked with an (*) is compulsory and information must be provided in order for this application to be processed.

Morning Session 9:00am to 12:00noon
Afternoon Session   1:30pm to 4:30pm

 

 

School Fees

PN (Pre-Nursery) – 2021-2022 annual school fee is HK$82,797.00 payable in 11 installments (with no fee for July). 2021-2022 monthly school fee is HK$7,527.00.
