Typhoon Mangkhut clear up by parent volunteers

A. We whole-heartedly appreciate the devotion and help from the parent volunteers and their children during this clean up. The school would like to show their thanks and gratitude through giving these parent volunteers a certificate.

 

          

 

 

B. Many trees around the Essex Crescent Campus of St. Catherine’s fell and were damaged by Typhoon Mangkhut.

 

    

 

         

 

 

C. Parents took the initiative to form an impromptu volunteer team to clean up the fallen trees and branches scattered around Essex Campus    of St. Catherine’s on 22nd September, 2018 (Saturday).

 

   

 

   

 

 

 

D. Parent volunteers and their children brought along tools and put together their greatest effort to clean up the Essex Crescent Rest Garden and the surrounding areas.

 

    

 

        

 

 

E. The fallen leaves and trees were thoroughly cleared as a result of all the hard work that the parent volunteers and their children put into it.
