On 11th November (yesterday), the school reported to the Center for Health Protection (CHP) that ten students in the school had an Upper Respiratory Tract Infection (URTI). We were notified by the Centre for Health Protection this afternoon that, as there have been three cases of infection in the school for four consecutive days, for the safety of students and to avoid small outbreaks in schools, the Education Bureau has recommended that the school suspends face-to-face classes from 13th November (Friday). Additionally, the Education Bureau also announced today that all kindergartens in Hong Kong will suspend all face-to- face classes as of 14th November until the 27th November. Therefore, the school has made temporary arrangements for homework distribution tomorrow. For students who take the school bus in the morning classes, parents can pick up their homework from the school bus at their designated bus stop at the time your child gets dropped off after school. For the students who take the school bus in the afternoon class, parents can pick up their homework from the school bus at their designated bus stop at the time that your child gets on the bus to go to school. Non school bus children’s parents maybe come to school between 1pm to 4pm to pick up your child’s homework. Regarding online teaching and homework arrangements from November 16th to 27th November, the school will issue a notice tomorrow to notify parents.
